Nicole Valenzuela is a healing-centered social worker, community advocate, and systems analyst with over two decades of experience working alongside individuals and families impacted by complex systems. Her approach blends policy insight with on-the-ground wisdom, supporting organizations to translate values into action.

Rooted in lived experience and cultural humility, Nicole brings heart and strategy to every space she enters. Her work spans prevention, reentry, family reunification, adoption support, recovery housing, and systems reform, with a focus on building protective factors and fostering community-rooted care. Nicole believes in the power of empathy, connectedness, sense of belonging, and collaborative change.

Through NV Consulting Services, Nicole equips nonprofits, healthcare providers, and community leaders to develop healing-centered, culturally responsive, and justice-aware programs that strengthen both people and the services meant to serve them.
